We are excited to see the first ocean smelts of 2015 (From Misty Harbour, NS) through our doors.  Prepared “Marty’s Style,” we dredge them in panko (with a pinch of curry) and fry them up. Served with a nice malt vinegar aioli, they are a tasty mouthful.  Eat ’em whole, except the tail.
