We take seafood seriously, so we insist on importing it ourselves to ensure quality. Of our Federal Import Licenses, our guests enjoy a daily selection of the very best salt and freshwater fish we can find, whether it be Halibut, Salmon, Haddock, Arctic Char or Walleye, carefully prepared for the discriminating palate.
Seasonally, we’re proud to offer the finest, freshest lobster, king crab, oysters and other special catches you’ll find this side of the Maritimes. Please note, though, that dealing with mother nature and human nature can lead to sudden disappointments and pleasant surprises, so our seasonal calendar should be written in pencil.
