From Coast to Coast to Your Kitchen

Each day we draw shipments from both the Atlantic and Pacific coasts to ensure a ready supply of oysters, clams, mussels, scallops, and the very best lobsters and Dungeness crab. We also stock specialty fish product, both live and smoked, and feature smoked Nova Scotia Salmon from “Willy Krauch,” one of the oldest and certainly the most renowned smoke-house in Atlantic Canada. We can also provide shucked oysters, with the shell, for your banquet orders. This results in reduced labour costs and less spoilage of the oyster.
