Wow. We’ve had a year to get ready for this, I suppose, but of course it all feels super last minute and extremely rushed getting this beast back into ‘full service’ mode. What can we say? The last 14 months has been a challenge to be sure. We are so grateful to everyone that supported us through their takeout efforts, and we hope we can continue bringing the Oyster to your homes as things gradually open back up.
We’re outside only at first, of course – we’ve been renovating our patio (ongoing process) to make it bigger, more sheltered and more accessible. On behalf of the whole crew, we’re really looking forward to talking with you all face to face, and finding out what changes the last year plus has wrought in your lives.
