Next Week, starting May 4th, we should see the first live BC Spot Prawns in our tanks. Spot Prawns have a delicate sweet flavour and a firm texture, and turn a very pretty red when cooked. We’ll often steam them with beer and mustard seeds, or fry the heads but leave the bodies as sashimi….
